I have recently moved into a new build property, all houses are advertised as virgin ready by the developer.
My property has the external cables etc in place but the address does not show on the virgin systems for me to order. My address is showing on everything else, royal mail etc so it does not seem to be an issue with that.
Every property in the development is listed by virgin apart from 10 addresss including mine. The developer/contractor can't help because the cables are there, virgin can't help it seems either, they are just stating there is no service to that address. Hope someone can help. Thanks
