Hub 5 started flashing blue last night. Multiple soft/hard resets. Always goes back to flashing blue. Virgin Fault checker says "problem with home broadband".
Going round in circles with Virgin Media phone number and no response on WhatsApp.
Please can someone assist me here?

Does this mean calling 0800 561 0061 reports a known fault and perhaps there is an estimate for a repair ?
