New customer connection box after renovation

Hi! 

My builder has just completed our external renovation which has left our external cabling and customer connection box in a sorry state, see photos attached. 

I am looking for some advice or a VM contact to discuss brining the install up to a nice standard (new grey connection box and capping, new conduit and perhaps full fibre from the nearby green kiosk).
