Burying cable advice
Hi all, My virgin cable is currently not buried and just laid on the surface of my front garden. The cable is also ~2m too long so looping against the brown box. To fix this, I have booked an engineer to shorten and bury it. I couldn't get much clarification on the phone about exactly what is the engineer going to do and what is supplied? I want the cable protected in a conduit so do I need to purchase this myself and if so which one is recommended? Thanks EtienneNew customer connection box after renovation
Hi! My builder has just completed our external renovation which has left our external cabling and customer connection box in a sorry state, see photos attached. I am looking for some advice or a VM contact to discuss brining the install up to a nice standard (new grey connection box and capping, new conduit and perhaps full fibre from the nearby green kiosk).
