New Hub 5 not working - blue flashing light

So I've had a new Hub 5 sent to me after upgrading to 1Gig. It sits on the blue flashing light for sometime, then the solid white.

I called up support, all they can do is book a tech. Seems a bit extreme, my old Hub 3 I'm told I can re connect, but surely there is something they can do their end?

Full House with 1Gb. 2x V6s hard wired, SH5 in Modem Mode with Ubiquiti Router. Ubiquiti Wifi Points, IP CCTV and Sonoff Smart switches; Philips Hue, Synology NAS. Whole house wired with CAT5e.
