New Build Virgin

Hi

I have called over the last week or so to try and sort my broadband. I have a new build house that has a virgin box outside and it is definitely serviceable. Nowhere does it say my address on the website or over the phone. I’ve spoken to 4 different people. The last one saying to contact national home builders within virgin but I can’t get through. I’ve saw a few posts be resolved on here doing this so I thought I’d give it a shot. 
 
Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated!!!

I am having a similar problem with a new build property that we are due to move into in a couple of weeks time.  Would you be able to look into it please?

We are shortly moving into a new build development (June) and I’m assured by the builders (David Wilson Homes) that both the estate and the individual properties have been cabled for virgin. Indeed there is a virgin termination box on the outside of our new home with cabling appearing to run to it from the road.

Even though some of the occupied properties on the estate have got Virgin Media, the Virgin website says services not available at our new address. I raised with the New Homes Team and was told that someone was going to site 3 weeks ago to check.  Despite E Mailing them, I cannot get an update.

Can you find out what is happening please?

Sometimes only a few houses may be ready for an install and not all, but the network team will be looking at this.

Has it been over 14 working days, they work from working days you see.

If it has let us know and we will look at sending another request off.
