I am trying to get virgin media installed at my house. My neighbours both have virgin next to me. I have a virgin junction box with cables outside my house but virgin keep saying they need to dig up the road to get a cable. The will not listen to me that there has been virgin here previous. I do I get them to listen that everything they need is here ?
