Moving TV and need extension or new cable.

I am in need of a new cable fitted or extension. Planning to decorate the living room and want to move the TV and relocate virgin box as well.

Can I book an engineer, I've tried the WhatsApp chat but get nowhere.

Hi @Wilson32 

There would be a £25 non fault call out charge (it used to be £99) to do the work you require.

You should call  150 from a Virgin landline or mobile, or 0345 454 1111, option 2 (Faults) 

When calling Faults ignore all the options and don't press any buttons then you should be placed into a queue and an agent should pick up the phone and book the tech for you.

Or wait a day or two and a member of the Forum Team should pick this up for you and arrange a tech visit.

Hi @Wilson32 thanks for posting and welcome back to our community.
Thanks for raising with us that you need our field based team to attend your property to extend/relocate your internal cable.   As @newapollo  advised earlier in this thread, there would be a £25.00 call out charge for us to arrange this.
