The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with your omni box. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.

If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
