Intermittent dropout / loss of service

Good Evening,

My broadband (1Gig) has been dropping out for over 4 months now and is progressively getting worse.  I see the following errors on my log every day similar to these.

I've restarted my router various times but this doesn't fix the issue.  It's becoming a real pain as my wife works from home.  Can anyone shed any light on the issue?  or Assist?
