Installation Never Completed

Hello was hoping for some help as no one has been able to help so far and I keep getting sent from pillar to post.

 

Where I live Virgin Media began to install down our road/village in 2017, our road is a public road and not everyone originally signed the wayleaves for further down the road as they thought another broadband fibre would provide fibre though they pulled out when Virgin started in the area. In 2019 and 2022 Virgin promised to look into this and then they said if 7 people down our road signed up to this then theyd install down our road, we found 7 people interested and passed details on even applied for gigabit vouchers too and Virgin then said theyd install down our road but still failed to do so.

 

Could anyone confirm who the best person/team to speak to is ? as its clear Virgin were going to install fibre and we certainly ahve enough people interested to make it work
