Can I get a some help and also someone from VirginMedia to respond?
I live in a small block of flats - built July 2020. 3 stories. The postal address is the main road but the block is an L shape, which covers the side road and main road.
The neighbouring housing to our block on either side, on the main road and side road all have access to Virgin Fibre or have it already.
We are on the slowest broadband speed via Sky - which is horrendously expensive for what I get and nothing else faster available to our block.
My flat is 1st floor but on the side street - where the house next to the block got Virgin installed a couple of years ago. I chatted with the engineers at the time who say it is possible to install but I am having no luck as to how to get our post code registered to be able to get anything even looked at - I appreciate the cabinets etc may need to be checked or something as it may be a space thing. I'll not pretend I have a clue!
Please please help and all this talk about Project Gigabit we are being forgotten about and only a mile from the city center!
I just need a starting point.
