I have just had my hub upgraded from Hub 4 to Hub 5. I am trying to access the Hub5 but the access details on the label on the base of the unit have only partly been printed. The hub settings only states http://192 and the password the first 8 alpha characters. Through internet searches i have established the ip address should be 192.168.0.1. Can i find out the default password by the units serial number?
The VM forum team might possibly have some sort of database of all hub passwords otherwise I think you will need a new hub unfortunately.
