I followed instructions to set up my Hub 3 but it’s flashing green and has been for a while.
I also noticed the cable came with a split and notified the team.
The cable in the hub says push not screw so I pushed it in until it felt like it clicked and was in place (there’s still a tiny gap).
The wall socket is white and not virgin branded. Not sure if that makes a difference.

What is the black cable to the right?
Are you sure that connection is for VM?

The cable on the right is from previous tenants. I’m not sure if it was used for the tv or something else.

Screw that cable into the HUB (Leave it screwed into the current socket) instead of the included cable.
