A continually flashing green base light means the hub is unable to lock onto any signal coming through the white coaxial cable. Check the coaxial cable is tight in the back of the hub & then check the service status line for area faults (0800 561 0061). 9 times out of 10 this is a fault on the local network, but it may be a cable failure at the property, or a failed hub.
