Getting an Extension Cable for my Hub

Looking for an extension from my wall Virgin box to the Hub. Does Virgin do anything like this? This is just a straight connection cable and not the ethernet one

AFAIK, the longest pre-made coax lead VM supply is 3m (which they should be able to send you).

For anything longer you need a VM tech visit to custom-make a lead and test the connection. Flat fee of £25 for the tech visit.

@Alex_RM sorry for jumping in on this thread, could I get one of those cables sent out? Trying to move my hub from behind the TV where the socket is as WiFi signal is impacted but the provided cable wasn't long enough.
