Hello all

I have just connected up my router and this is the first install. For an hour now I have a flashing green light and no internet.

I'm thinking maybe they haven't activated the service their end?

I have this connection? Do I need the box in the image below? Is there another connection I can get to make it work?

Does the green base light flash constantly, or does it go steady with green flashing arrows then cycles back to the green flashing base light?

If its the former you need a technician visit, as either the hub is receiving no signal, or insufficient signal from the network. If its the latter it is more than likely an activation issue, which customer services should be able to resolve over the phone.

The box is a safety isolator. It is an electrical surge suppression device & should not be removed.
