Fibre cable installation

Have had the fibre cable.i stalled into property we moved jnto but I feel the cable hasn't been I stalled very well and no care taken, it has been put under some broken slabs and beginning of driveway and then layed across the top of soil with no slack to Bury it or to even put it in some ducting to protect it.

I've seen a lot worse, and at least it's clipped to the fence .....

However, if you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up and discuss directly with you.

In the meantime, the cable is very robust and will come to no harm out in the open for many years.

Sorry to see the external cabling is a bit below the standard we like it to be.

With this being an 3rd party contractor. I will need to take some details from you and raise a case for this to be looked into.

We then get in touch with you and will come back out to re cable this.

If you can check the Logo top right of your screen that would be great.

Have got your guys coming out on Saturday so will see what happens, should this be buried in the ground right up to the point where it enters the property.
