Proposed installation route for fibre cabling
My landlord has requested a proposed installation wiring route for the fibre optic service I ordered for my address (a third-floor flat). Which department is best to contact for this? I couldn't get hold of a human being through the main phone contact or the helpbot.

Hopefully this is an indoor route, as VM staff don't work outside above the first floor.
As you have found, VM don't like talking to customers. The best way forward is probably to place your order for broadband, book an installation date, and give the landlord's plan to the technician when they arrive to do the installation.
