Failed Virgin Installation

Hello

I signed up to Virgin Media Fibre to the property, for my property type the fibre cable comes from the telegraph pole. 

I got in touch today to get an update on my installation and it turns out because the telegraph pole has a "D" on it the pole cant be used.

Has anybody got any advice, without virgin I have to use the copper connection which is 30mbps.

There is a telegraph pole practically opposite my house without a D but the original line doesnt come from that post.

Any help would be appreciated

Once Openreach repairs or replaces the pole you should be able to get VM's fibre.
