Hi i have recently had virgin TV installed and there isnt enough of the white cable that goes from the tv box to the wall so i cant actually move it from were it was installed. Needs to be moved from the middle of the room. Where can i get this please

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
