Is it possible to get a longer cable from the wall (red tag) to the tv/broadband splitier (black tag). I am a new customer but the wall box was already installed in my house. This cable is about 1.3m long but I need it to be about 2.5m/3m in order to comfortably reach the TV.
Is it possible to get a longer cable?

Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forums it's great to have you here.
I am so sorry to hear that you are facing an issue with your connection, but we should be able to sort a longer coaxial cable, we can offer 5 meters, 10 meters or 15 meters. If longer is needed we would recommend an engineer come to move the Hub.
