Hi, since changing to Virgin my Netatmo Relay heating can't find my Router. ? I've looked at previous posts but can't find an answer. Can anyone help with this atall or had the same experience?

Usual first suggestion is to try turning off the 5GHz wireless temporarily on the VM hub when you try to make the connection with the heating controller. If it connects, turn the 5GHz signal back on at the hub and see if the connection holds.
If you are using a Hub 5 there may be other issues due to the Hub 5 wi-fi spec.
