I need to request a repair to my external brown cable box. It is damaged and I had a temporary connection issue last week which may be related (eg maybe a fox/cat got to the wires?) and I would like to get it fixed before the wires get further damaged, thank you

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

Hello wrendy.
Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community. As @Tudor has advised we are able to help arrange for the brown box to be replaced before the pesky animals come back for seconds.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security first though.
