Broadband not dispatched

I ordered broadband the other day (2nd) and was told it would come today. I have had no comms regarding dispatch from Yodel, no order number, nothing. I am growing concerned as I currently have no idea where my parcel is. Any help?

Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 and see if they can help - should be open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday
