Regarding new broadband connection in a newly moved house
Connection socket Hub 4 router I've just moved into a new house and am looking for a new broadband connection. However, I found a Virgin wall connection socket, and the previous tenant left a Hub 4. How can I check if the fiber cable is still connected and ready to go if I order a new connection?virgin media brown box gone and wires cut.
I have recently joined virgin media and received my broadband yesterday and set it up however it has been flashing a green power light for over 24 hours with a green wifi light and nothing else. I have spoken to the team yesterday before it was 24 hours and they said to wait however the time is now over and after reading threads i realised there’s supposed to be a brown box outside. I went outside and saw there’s what’s left of a brown box with one wire hanging out (cut) and what appears to be half of the internet cable. What shall i do as i need the internet as soon as possible?Upgrade status
Hello, On Friday 10th May 2024 I upgraded my virgin media to a new contract with Gig1 Fibre Broadband with the delivery date of the 14th. It is now the 22nd and I haven’t heard anything. Admittedly I did type my email address wrong as it was a typo I put ‘man.com’ instead of ‘msn.com’. When I will receive my new equipment and when my services will start. When i go to the link to view my orders and appointments online it says that i have no open orders? Can someone provide me an update on the status of this order please.
