Hi, I'm moving into a new London flat this week and would like to take out a Virgin contract. When I check the postcode checker, it seems as though every property on my street has Virgin access except mine, including the immediate downstairs neighbours in a building of only 3 properties. I don't see a Virgin socket anywhere (only Openreach) so I imagine it's possible the property was split into two flats and Virgin only installed into the lower one at the time.
I filled out a form requesting a call back the other day, but the only communication I've had is a mysterious text message calling me by the wrong name that I can't get through to the number of to reply. I fear my request may have been lost when my number was confused for someone else's.
Please can an engineer visit be scheduled to see if the existing cables can be extended into my flat?
Thanks.

The likelihood is either the flat is not listed after conversion, or your flat is above first floor level. VM will only add the property if the latter is NOT the case, as they do not employ any heights trained installers.

This could be it - I'm on the second floor. Super annoying since I can see the cables on the outside of the building running up to everywhere except my flat. Three's 5G broadband it is then.

£24/month isn't too bad depending on coverage:
