It went off this morning for about 5-10 minutes, not too bad. But now just went for about 30 minutes and the check status says everything's fine! I did the check on the hub even though I didn't think it was that. VM then ran a check and lo and behold, it's now working.
I'm hoping that's the last of it, but I'm just wondering it anyone else had experienced the same.

Sorry to hear about the loss of service on Saturday. We did have a few customers report loss of service over the weekend, which was due t the adverse weather conditions.
How are things looking now?

Hi Gareth,
Thanks for the reply. The broadband service did settle and VM asked me to arrange an appointment for one of their engineers to come and have look to make sure everything was working as well as it should, which happened on last Saturday (28/09).
