No broadband: Wembley ha9

Afternoon all, wondering if a forum admin could check and see if there is an issue on my area please? it went off suddenly about 2 hours ago. no changes to setup, noone is even in the same room as the equipment. 

Checked online using postcode etc and says no faults. restarted everything and rechecked. still no BB. just wanted to be sure before I start pulling cables out and resetting everything

  • This can be closed. was a false alarm. called support , got me to do a reset of the VM sh5. Didn't work, tried again after an appt was booked. Would you believe it! started working. 

    Called them back, thanked them and cancelled appt.

     

    All working now 🙏

    Tried online checker and also now the phone number - 0800 561 0061 - says no issues locally...

      We're sorry to hear you were having issues with your broadband. Whilst we can't offer a 100% fault free service, we do promise to fix faults as quickly as possible.
