On Saturday 1st June at approximately 7:30am my partner tripped on some exposed cable at our neighbouring property that was on the public footpath.
We advised virgin media and spike to someone who sent out an engineer to speak to us and rectify the bad job previously done. He took pictures of the property and I sent him copies of pictures I had took of the injuries my partner sustained.
I was told I would get a call from someone at virgin, and he said they had to admit fault as it was such a bad job and it had been escalated. It has been 2 weeks now and I have not heard anything from anyone at virgin regarding this.
Please can you give me details or refer me to the right department.
Many thanks.

I would suggest as this happened on a Public Footpath, you should also be writing to the Council as surely it is a Health and Safety risk. It would also do no harm to involve your solicitor IMHO.
