4 days after install and still no internet

If I had known this much hassle was involved I would never have upgraded to 2GB, absolutely ridiculous. If theres an issue with the system or my order it would be nice to let me know that instead of leaving the customer to chase someone down for answers about a service that should just have worked shortly after install.

Absolute joke a full week now and still no Internet. What are yous at lads? DPD sending me something on Monday don't tell me it's a replacement modem and no one said anything to me??
