tp link wifi extender not connecting

morning, I've recently joined virgin, my wifi is pretty good inside my house it drops when I go into the garden , I've got a tplink AC750 wifi extender that I was hoping to use to boost the signal ar...

    Login to the Hub at http://192.168.0.1/  use the Hub Password.    From the Wireless section of the Hub menus make sure that WPS is enabled and configured in a suitable way to connect the TP-Link extender.

    Failing this TP-Link products usually have a menu that allows a manual configuration of the connection.

    thanks I had to   add client   on wps section and it paired straight away
