router keeps powering itself down

My virgin media router keeps turning itself off, have reset it 3 times know and the problem still persists

Also cannot connect to my router using 192.168.0.1/192.168.1.1

isnt the virgin media hub address on 192.168.100.1  mine is in modem mode so my own router is on 192.168.1.1

try logging into 192.168.100.1 and check the hub logs,  the password would have provided with your superhub

its a yellow sticker or possible a red pull out tray on the hub

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

If you can not contact your VM Hub at http://192.168.0.1/    Turn OFF VPNs and Turn OFF Apple Relay & retry.
