router keeps powering itself down

My virgin media router keeps turning itself off, have reset it 3 times know and the problem still persists

Also cannot connect to my router using

isnt the virgin media hub address on  mine is in modem mode so my own router is on

try logging into and check the hub logs,  the password would have provided with your superhub

its a yellow sticker or possible a red pull out tray on the hub

If you can not contact your VM Hub at    Turn OFF VPNs and Turn OFF Apple Relay & retry.
