packet loss - are my stats ok ?

Good evening,

Seriously getting frustrated on intermittent packet loss when gaming. Not sure if its game specific (Warzone).

Download speeds / uploads hit and miss at times. sometimes i get full 500mb but now doing a check and showing 150-200. 

Please could someone review my stats and report back.

Looks like you have issues on some of you downstream channels (SNR on channel 11, for example).

Downstream errors look to be the issue.

Any DS channel in the frequency range 170 - 230 MHz is in the DAB frequency range and I’d bet this is the interference you’re getting that causes packet loss.   This can be inhibited but it’s not something I’ve needed to do.

Thanks for coming back to us. Please could you pop the router into router mode for me and then let us know? We can then run full tests.

@dokez777 - it may help if you post your stats again (and again) so we can see if the uncorrected errors are increasing and a what rate.  When the VM bods look at your circuit, it's possible that all is well at that instant, or they're ignoring the packet loss.

@ForumTeam - it may help the OP if, in your reply, you could address the matter of packet loss (Post-RS errors).  The generic reply "... and can see no issues" does not say enough to the OP.  Also, why must the Hub be put into router mode?  What tests can you do in router mode that is relevant to the post-RS errors that cannot be done in modem mode?  Why the big secret?  You never do the courtesy of answering that question and I notice that the VIPs haven't brought this into the open either.
