im getting packet loss, high ping and have low power readings on the wifi box. and yes this is with cat 8 ethernet

You can see the packet loss on the graphics and the ping going up to 60 ping and the phone line keeps cutting out as well

I use a high spec pc yes.. and I have a few ps5s I stream on twitch. But you can see the packet loss when I'm not even online above .

The red bar might represent a BQM glitch, a service outage or just a piece kit that was disconnected / powered off.
Look hard at the BQM Graphs - Can you tell where the events occurred ? Two letter answer on a post card !

Thank you for reaching back out, we have been able to locate you on the system with details we we have had a look at things our end and cannot see any issues at all, it looks like it may be due to the amount of devices being used at the time, you can try using our Connect App and pause some of your devices not being used to free up Bandwidth for needed devices.
