Your BQM to hub looks ok not great but this does not tell you if Ethernet is fine test with hub in modem mode

Hello BATCH007.
Thanks for replying.
How has things been since your last post.
We have run a full health check on your hub from here and cannot see anything wrong.
It would be possible to arrange an engineers appointment here if you like.

Shows no loss besides a couple of instances corresponding with high latency but a reconnection about 1am.
I'm going to guess you're in an HMO with multiple people on the connection. It looks as though one of them is using all the upload capacity. Spikes 1pm, 7pm, 9pm fit that.
Also possibility the area network is heavily utilised. Are you in a student HMO with a bunch of others around you? Usage is usually heavy in those as each modem is handling 2 or 3 regular households worth of data and the latency doesn't fit the pattern seen in 'regular' congestion: it starts later and ends later.

Hi @BATCH007,
I'm sorry to hear your connection issues are ongoing.
To clarify, you're saying that this is happening in different homes and as such different accounts? Is it only the PS5 devices that appear to be impacted?
Thanks,
