Could it be an area fault?

It seems when my connection gets bad I notice the 10.9db appear.

i was talking to someone called vikki, they said theres an area fault but that was 2 weeks ago.

And I havn't heard anything back yet.

NO. It says no issues found.

But i did get a text message from virgin saying there was an issue, they never told me they fixed it. I am still waiting on vikki to let me know if its been fixed its been two weeks now.

Need the full upstream stats as well as a full  downstream stats. Upstream are just as important.
