I have tried uninstalling and re installing my connect app and different rooms in the house. However, no luck! I've also searched and attempted Web chat to order WiFi pods. However without the checker function on the connect app, I can't order any. Feels like Virgin are making this process harder than it needs to be!

The VM Connect app requires VPNs like Apple Relay to be disabled.
Even with the Connect app working it does not contain a method to order / request VM Pods.
