WiFi Pods - replacements black/white versions

I have the Hub5 with 3 white Pods . The pods were faulty with a loud Fan noise on all 3 and was told they would be replaced. They were even leaving a mark on the wall around the pod . First one was replaced with the new Black WiFi 6 hub (wired) which are much better. They have replaced the other 2 with the same white ones even though they told me I would receive black ones . Can anyone at VM help me out and I get the correct replacement .

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your Pods and thank you again for posting. Can I just clarify, are the white and black Pods working at all or are they unable to connect to each other?

Hi . I have now received 2 new black wifi6 pods and replaced 2 white ones . Waiting on the 3rd black one. Both black pods connected for about a week but tonight , all pods are down and flashing white. Reset hub5 but all black pods and 1 white pod won’t connect . Deleted from the app and tried but still just flashing white . Are the Pods paired with my hub?
