VPN Hub 3 issue

Hi,

On all my devices my vpn stopped working today I have never had an issue before.It connects but get no internet connection error and nothing will load or play.Its not my IPVanish account as I’ve tried a friends account and does not work so I logged in at his with my info and it works.He is also on virgin.Its a hub 3 I’ve got.Done pin hole reset the 60 second one to see if there’s an update. bit baffled all websafe and childsafe is off.Any one encountered this or any suggestions

Chane your DNS on device to use 1.1.1.1,8.8.8.8 or 9.9.9.9 or try modem mode
