VM Ireland Hub 6 - Ubiquiti Network Help

Hey Folks,

I’d love to get some help. I have the latest router from Virgin, I think it’s called Hub 6. I have a network box with Ubiquiti Switch, and Dream Machine Pro. Issue is within the setting of the Hub, I can’t find a way to increase IP allocation or set to modem mode. One port off the switch is working fine for my TV, but when I connect a Ethernet cable into port 2 of my switch and into my Sky Stream puck I get an error that IP allocation isn’t working. Any ideas what settings I need to change on the hub? As I will be installing multiple access points and cameras on the house

Unfortunately this is the VM UK forum and we don't have the same Hub's or systems as VM IE.  You will need to contact Customer Support | Check Your Service | Virgin Media Ireland
