Upgraded to 2gig and see ping time outs and youtube buffering?

anyone else facing similar issues?

I've been on XGS for sometime now, had 1000/1000 enquired recently and got 2000/2000 there just feels like something isn't right...

I've been playing games LOL for example and I'll just randomly DC from it, never had issues before the upgrade, youtube now buffers.

seems to just drop connection for anywhere between 4-7ms, enough to D/C from games.

not to bad I guess, unless your area is getting issues too? I've seen less ping on hfc network >.< unreal they cripple their XGS Network like this. 

realspeed used to bei n the 4's for ping,. now its in the 20's, crazy isnt it that they think this sort of thing is acceptable.

Adding this for future reference, no issues atm 😛 ended up getting around £100+ in compensation (for multiple things) but mainly lack of communication being the major one.
