Toshiba tv won’t connect to the internet

I have a Toshiba smart tv that has suddenly stopped connecting to the internet. It shows that it’s connecting but has no internet. All other devices are connecting to the WiFi and working fine but my tv just won’t connect. I’ve reset the tv to factory settings, I’ve rebooted my router. I’ve unplugged both the tv and router and nothing has worked. I’m at the end of my tether and just don’t know what else to try

Has someone used Wi-Fi Pausing and blocked the Toshiba TV in error ?

Login to the Hub menu at http://192.168.0.1/  and disable Wi-Fi MAC Filtering just to be sure.

Does it connect when you connect it to the Hub on an ethernet cable?

Yes I am still having the issue. I have an engineer coming out on Tuesday
