I am a new user and I have a problem with my broadband. The internet LED is still flashing even after being plugged in for more than half a day. I also tried to make an appointment online, but a message appeared saying, 'The kit in your home isn't set up properly.' I also tried resetting it, but it still didn’t work. Who can help me fix this?
