Hub 5 WiFi is no better than hub 3

I pay all this money and the wifi service is disgraceful
don't tell me it where the router is etc as its not signal strength it the wifi randomly disconnecting
this means we cannot game on the wifi and I cannot use it for meetings
I feel.ripped off
What exactly is wrong. Does everything work on a Wired Ethernet connection?
The Hub 5 is actually technically better than the Hub 3 but you have to work at getting the Wifi right especially for gaming,

Anyone who is serious about gaming would never use a WiFi connection, always a wired Ethernet cable.
You don't pay for good Wi-Fi, you pay for the connection to the HUB over the VM network.

If you believe it's the connection itself create a BQM here and post the live link.
You should also post the HUB stats from the "Check router status" section when accessing the HUB on 192.168.0.1 in a web browser.
