Hi,
I want to keep my 5 and 2.4ghz devices separate and enabled them both on the router. Obviously the optimise function in virgin connect makes one connection and can't access other functionality until it's been optimised. So I have to do this then go back into the router and split them out
This is not optimal for my situation and suggest the app is changed to optimise or not.

Step 1) on every mobile that has the VM Connect app - uninstall it.
Step 2) using the Hub menu at http://192.168.0.1/ manage your Hub settings.

Optimise is fairly useless, there are not enough channels on 2.4Ghz and enough on 5Ghz to make it useless.
