Hi since this afternoon the sam know real speed test doesn't work, it says something went wrong please try later, I have reset hub and it still says the same message when u click on it? Anybody else having problems with the samknows real speed test?

Most likely a temporary VM Platform issue is preventing remote access to your Hub.
Samknows Realspeed is also available as a free app for Android and iPhone.

Trying the Realspeed web link just now we had :
Something went wrong
Try again a bit later.
But the Android app version of Realspeed worked normally

The Realspeed iPhone app is working fine for me. It seems like the web app is the issue.

The Realspeed is working on the Android app as you say, also on my Ipad so does seem just on Windows web page started last night I suspect it is due to this Tuesdays Windows update that was issued this week by Microsoft

I think it's Virgin at fault. When I check my status on Virgin it tells me they can't connect to my broadband or TV box to check. Both my TV and WiFi are working fine but I wanted to check if I am getting the broadband speed that I am paying for. Unable to do this without connecting directly with a cable.
