I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & TNT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi), Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

I am still having major issues with my hub 4 and desperately need a hub 5 now. I am on gig1 and have never seen my speed go above 500.

Are these major issues made up to get a hub 5?

Like your speed to the hub is fine you can check your hub settings if you have been updated to 1Gb

If your getting 500Mb wifi thats good you need to test be wire and even then your PC might be the problem or how your testing the speed or whats on your PC slowing you down

Hello yasserchatta

Sorry to hear of the connection issues experienced, we appreciate you raising this via the forums.

We've checked your connection and equipment and can confirm the speeds to the Hub show 1041Mbps download and 80Mbps upload speed, this indicates no issues with the Hub or the speeds.

All of the levels are within the ranges we'd expect to see in regards to the connection itself. At this point we see no issues with your connection or need for a Hub 5.
