My router has not been delivered on its stated delivery date, and after 2 days I've looked it to it and Yodel claims that the delivery was requested to be returned to virgin. No contact has been made to organise a new delivery.

Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 and see if they can get another one sent out
They open 8:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday
