Tuning in

I'm having trouble logging in to the Hub 4. On first going to it takes forever to respond (20 mins last time!).

Then, after entering password, I'm still waiting for a response 20 mins later!

I assume there are simple settings that need changing - maybe to do with the fact that it thinks the hub is an insecure website?

The Hub 4 displaying a white screen and no admin menu appears to be the first signs the Hub 4 is failing

A 60 second press of the RESET button is the only option.

Hub was only installed in August. Is it really likely to need a full reset? I really hope not!

Thanks for posting, and sorry to hear you've had some issues logging into your router. Have you tried a hub reset as Client62 has suggested?


Keep in mind it's rented kit so may not be brand new when installed.

Did a reset, and can now login to router ok.

However, now VM Connect can't find the hub!  (As posted in another thread)
